Of course this was coming, Apple is suing Amazon over the “Amazon App Store” that isn’t even open yet. Apple wants Amazon to stop using the phrase ‘App Store’.

Amazon has begun improperly using Apple’s App Store mark in connection with Amazon’s mobile software developer program.
